Design Supply & Install Ltd was established in February 2000 in order to provide specialist Civil and MEICA Turnkey services to the UK Water Industry.
Based in Great Barton, near Bury St Edmunds, the Company operates primarily throughout England and Wales.
From the very beginning DSI recognsied the benefits that could be delivered to Clients by providing complete turnkey solutions.
A comprehensive range of services, combined with strong and experienced Project Management, allows DSI to provide Clients with a greater certainty on out turn costs, reduced management costs and a significant reduction in interface risks. It is this complete service, along with our commitment to providing a non-contentious approach to Clients, that appears to be giving the Company an edge.
Growth and success has also been achieved through the recognition that some Clients require only a MEICA service. To satisy our Clients requirements in this respect DSI has entered into a Joint Venture with Lark Technology to form DSI M&E Ltd, a business capable of providing a complete MEICA service from Design through to Commissioning. This business has been specifically structured to meet the demands, in particular, of the main Civil Contractors.
A further collaboration between DSI and Lark Technology saw the introduction of DSI Engineering, a Company which specialises in the design, fabrication and installation of structural steelwork. Located in Wrexham it further extends the regions that can served by the DSI Group of Companies.
All businesses within the DSI group operate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Certified Management Systems.
For the future DSI will be seeking to broaden it’s client base, particularly with a view to the Process Industry, but growth will be controlled and never be to the detriment of the excellent reputation that has been achieved to date.
