Steelwork Design & Fabrication
DSI Engineering Ltd is an additional resource providing first class support to Design Supply and Install Ltd to assist them with the delivery of projects primarily in the Process industry and also in other sectors. DSI Engineering Ltd has a complete design & fabrication facility which dovetails perfectly with the other facets of the business within the DSI Group.
We have the capability of providing complete design, fabrication, assembly and installation service delivering structural steelwork and pipework. We also design & fabricate a wide range of bespoke metalwork including high quality coating machines supplied to the pharmaceutical sector. We offer galvanised mild steel & stainless steel solutions.
We use 2D & 3D design & draughting packages including AutoCAD.
In our comprehensive and well equipped workshop we enjoy modern facilities with a 8000sq ft mild steel sheet and heavy metal fabrication shop. We have also recently invested substantially in specialist modern equipment in order to be able to offer:-
- 200 ton x 3m long press brake facilities.
- Shearing up to 6mm plate x 3m long.
- Rolling 12mm thick x 2.5m long.
- 3T overhead crane & section rollers.
- MIG, TIG and MMA welding in Ferrous and Non Ferrous materials.
We have a fleet of 5 Dedicated distribution vehicles to guarantee the timely distribution of products to our client network (nationwide).
We have invested in modern offices and workshop facilities and we are located centrally within Europe’s busiest trading estates in Wrexham, Wales. Our workshop provides us with ample storage for our raw materials.
